                                               “Sports Fanatic Doesn’t like Football”

Jarrod Stubbs, a sophomore at the University of Mississippi is not only a Journalism major with big dreams of being a sports anchor but plans to attend law school after graduating and then hopefully make Miami his new residence.
The 19 year old undergraduate grew up in Jackson, Ms and is the brother to three sisters but being the only boy never bothered him much. “Man it was all good,” Stubbs said, “sometimes I wish I had a little brother though to see what it feels like.”
Jarrod who really enjoys sports says basketball is his favorite and surprisingly that he doesn’t even watch football very much. “I don’t really fool with football like that”, he says, “I grew up around a lot of basketball players”.
One of his best friends is actually a former member of the Rebels basketball team.
Jarrod hopes to one day have the pleasure of sitting next to Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith one day debating the latest in sports. Clearly not anything about football though.
In addition to being seen on ESPN one day, Stubbs hopes to put his law degree to work by becoming a lawyer. He’s very ambitious and seems quite determined. “I hope to achieve all my goals one day”, Jarrod said, “My biggest fear is not being successful.”
